MARCOS GARCIA-ALLEN
Marcos Garcia-Allen has dedicated his career to standing up for those injured by the negligence of others. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in English, Marcos went on to earn his law degree from Florida International University College of Law.
While there, he distinguished himself academically, receiving the prestigious Book Award in Health Law & Policy—an honor given to the student with the highest grade in the course.
His early legal experience was forged through hands-on service as an intern at the City of Miami City Attorney’s Office, the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, and in the chambers of Judge Julio Jimenez. These opportunities gave him insight into how cases are built and defended from the inside out—knowledge he now uses to protect his clients.
Since 2011, Marcos has focused exclusively on personal injury law, recovering nearly $50 million for injured clients.
He approaches every case with the same belief: individuals deserve justice when powerful insurance companies try to deny or devalue their claims. For Marcos, personal injury law is more than a career—it is a calling. He knows that behind every case is a family struggling with medical bills, lost income, and the uncertainty of the future.
His work is about more than financial recovery; it is about restoring dignity, balance, and peace of mind.
Beyond his practice, Marcos is deeply committed to his community. He serves on the board of the Humane Society of Greater Miami, helping advance the cause of rescuing and protecting animals. He also serves on the board of The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks, where he works to preserve and protect treasured natural landmarks including the Everglades, Biscayne, Big Cypress, and Dry Tortugas.
Whether fighting for justice for his clients or protecting causes close to his heart, Marcos brings the same energy, compassion, and determination. His clients know they have more than an attorney on their side—they have an advocate who refuses to let insurance companies or negligent parties take advantage of the vulnerable.
